Splotch Studio has recently launched a new website for Australian author, Matt Barron.
As a website designer, it’s always fun when there is an opportunity to step outside of the normal corporate style design framework to create a site that displays something different – something with fire, blood, swordfights, arrows and action!
Matt wanted to have a website that he could update himself. He wanted to be able to showcase some of his latest books and also some of his personal blog entries (coming soon!). We provided Matt with a customised WordPress design that complimented his book series; a design that has been built using Elementor Pro, a fantastic WordPress page builder. Splotch Studio also provided Matt with an in-house training session so that he is equipped to add is own content, images and make basic changes.
Matt’s new “Rage of Lions” book series is full of medieval adventure and action! Likened by some readers as a more intense version of “Rangers Apprentice”, author Matt hasn’t yet read any Ranger’s Apprentice books, so the similarities will not be too close.
