Sharon contacted Splotch Studio because she wanted to ramp up her marketing and get a professional website for her business which had relied to this point on only a Facebook page and a basic Google Business profile. All communication for this website project was done via phone calls, sms and email. We did not even meet Sharon or Jess. Sharon was fantastic to deal with. She was down to earth, quick with her responses, feedback and payment 🙂 One thing that impressed me dealing with Sharon was that when I asked her for some before and after photos, she made it very clear that she does not take photos of her clients homes because that would be a breach of their privacy. “How would you like to see a photo of your dirty bathroom or kitchen appear on a website for all your local friends to see?” she responded. What a comforting assurance for customers, to know that on top of the police clearance, full insurance and a professional team, their policy is to respect the privacy of their customers! I do love before and after photos, and they look impressive on a website, but that added privacy is important to a lot of people.
